Standard items typically ship within 2 business days; personalized items require 2-6 business days for processing before shipment. During annual season-end periods, consecutive holidays, and peak seasons, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. Shipping delays may occur. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will notify you promptly.

Additionally, while we make every effort to prevent this, should any item you order be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
