“We,” "Us", “Our,” “this store,” “this company,” and “Infernity Net” refer to Infernity Net Company Limited.
Return and Exchange Process
We have a 3-day return and exchange policy. If the received goods do not match your order or have quality issues, you must submit a return/exchange request within 3 days of receiving the goods (based on the delivery date and time on the tracking record, if applicable). We will not accept any requests submitted after this period.
To process a return or exchange, you must retain the official receipt issued by our store and all original packaging of the item (including but not limited to accessories). Contact us via email at sales@infernityshop.com within 3 days of receiving the item (if applicable, based on the delivery date and time recorded in the tracking information), attaching detailed photos and videos. Returns or exchanges without prior notification will not be accepted.
Please note that the “official receipt issued by our store” referred to above is the electronic receipt (PDF file) containing an 8-digit receipt number, issued by us after you receive the goods.
Based on our assessment, we will determine at our sole discretion whether the item qualifies for return or exchange. If accepted, you must follow the instructions provided by us. You are responsible for all associated shipping costs and risks during transit. In case of any dispute, Hengyi Net Industry reserves the right to accept or reject return/exchange requests at its sole discretion, and its decision shall be final.
Gifts included with purchases cannot be returned or exchanged independently, redeemed for cash or other goods, nor transferred to others.
If the original item is discontinued or out of stock, we will arrange an exchange for a similar item. In case of any dispute, Infernity Net reserves the final decision.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Received over 3 days ago (as applicable, based on the delivery date and time on the tracking record)
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Items purchased offline
- Items not related to quality issues (including but not limited to incorrect orders/personal preference)
Each order/receipt is eligible for only one exchange within the specified period. Items already exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued; exchanges only. Requests not complying with our policy will be declined. Hengyi Net Industry reserves final decision-making authority regarding all exchange matters.
